Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from Wisconsin. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $50 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Standard shipping usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping restrictions

Because Tricoat is a liquid car care product, some carriers restrict shipping methods and destinations. If your address can't be served, we'll contact you and refund your order in full.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
