This website is operated by GoldenX Detail Supply, W4970 Highline Road, Suite 2, Kaukauna, WI 54130 ("GoldenX," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Results vary depending on vehicle condition, surface prep, climate, washing habits, and storage. "Up to 12 months" of protection describes durability under typical conditions and is not a guarantee of a specific duration.

3. Not a ceramic coating

GoldenX Tricoat is a graphene-infused spray wax. It is not a ceramic coating.

4. Proper use

Use products only as directed on the label and test on a small, inconspicuous area first. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, application in direct sun or on hot surfaces, or use on surfaces not listed as compatible. Read the Safety Data Sheet before use. Keep out of reach of children.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or reseller activity, and we'll issue a full refund if we do.

6. Discount codes

Limited to one code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and can't be applied to past orders.

7. Returns and replacements

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details on our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which is honored with a replacement or store credit.

8. Accounts and information

You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the GoldenX name, logo, text, and images, belongs to GoldenX and may not be used without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
