How To Use
- Wash and dry your vehicle. Work in the shade on a cool surface.
- Mist 2 to 3 sprays per panel, or spray directly onto a clean microfiber towel.
- Spread evenly across the panel with the towel.
- Flip to a dry side of a second microfiber towel and buff to a streak-free shine.
- Move panel by panel. Let it cure for 12 to 24 hours before getting it wet for best results.
Pro tip: A little goes a long way. Over-spraying causes streaking. If you see streaks, buff again with a clean, dry towel.

How long does Tricoat last?
Up to 12 months from one application. How long you get depends on your climate, how often you wash, what soap you use, and whether the car lives in a garage or outside. When water stops beading tightly, it's time to recoat.
Can I use it over a ceramic coating?
Yes, and it works great as a topper. Tricoat adds slickness, gloss, and beading on top of an existing coating. Just make sure the coating is fully cured first.
Is it safe on glass and wheels?
Yes. Tricoat is safe on glass and painted or clear-coated wheels. On glass, buff thoroughly to avoid haze. Keep it off plastic and rubber trim, brake rotors, pedals, and interior surfaces.
Can I apply it in the sun?
We don't recommend it. Hot panels make the product flash too fast, which leads to streaking. Work in the shade, in a garage, or early morning and evening when the paint is cool.
How many applications are in one bottle?
Most drivers get about 8 to 10 full applications on a midsize sedan from one 16 oz bottle. Trucks and SUVs use a bit more.
Is this a ceramic coating?
No. Tricoat is a graphene-infused spray wax. A true ceramic coating is a semi-permanent layer that typically lasts years and is usually installed by a pro. Tricoat gives you strong, long-lasting protection you can apply yourself in about 15 minutes.
Do I need a machine polisher?
No. All you need is the bottle, two microfiber towels, and about 15 minutes.
